I would like to express my deepest appreciation to you for getting my Vinings Estates home sold at the highest price and the shortest amount of time possible.
The sale of my home was not an easy process for me to go through emotionally or financially, but a necessary one nonetheless. This sale would not have happened without the level of knowledge, expertise, patience, and determination that you demonstrated. The dedicated, respectful, and professional manner in which you guided me through the entire selling process made the experience as enjoyable as it could be. To accomplish all of this under the current economic conditions was truly remarkable.
I have and will continue to refer my friends and family to you for their real estate needs and when the time comes for me to purchase a new home I will most certainly be in contact with you.

| Our realtor was Allan Minter (his info is below). We would highly recommend him. Our sale was especially difficult because he had to not only deal with the market conditions but also our relocation company and, to be honest, the relo company did not really have their act together. They placed additional, some what frustrating, requirements on Allan over and above keeping us informed of progress. He never missed a beat or complained a bit, the guy is a dynamo (think energizer bunny) and works his tail off. Probably the MOST important characteristic about Allan (especially for us, having already moved out of town) is that when you called him, you would either get him or he would return your call quickly. He was constantly making suggestions of ways that he could improve traffic. He held several open houses and hosted more than one agent caravan to bring in traffic. Another thing is that he has a LONG track record in the Mableton/Smryna/Vinings area and has strong relationships with the other top producers in the area. This guy is a machine and I can't say enough good things about him. We could not have picked a worse market cycle in which to sell our home and, if not for Allan, it could have driven us over the edge. He was the one bright spot in the entire process. |
